ITB Competence Assurance Adds Further Expertise to the Team

ITB Competence Assurance is delighted to announce the appointment of two new members of staff to complement its existing team of competence professionals.

Neil Campbell joins the company from ASCO and will become the Global Competency Advisor for ITB.

Neil brings a great deal of experience in the design, development and implementation of Competence Management Systems within the oil and gas industry, having been fully immersed in lead competency and training roles previously with ASCO, Weatherford and Baker Hughes. Neil has also been lecturing in mechanical engineering for North East Scotland College, formerly Aberdeen College. He has an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a qualified Lead Auditor. He is a qualified Trainer and Assessor and is looking forward to working with the existing team at ITB.

David Sadler joins the company from Tullos Training and will become the Lead Internal Verifier at ITB.

David has joined from Tullos Training where he was previously responsible as an Assessor/Verifier for over 100 apprentices spanning 40 companies, carrying out assessment and verification of technical discipline portfolios to National Occupation Standards.

David previously served with the Royal Navy in a long and distinguished career with a strong background in Marine Mechanical Engineering. He brings a vast experience with him to support and enhance our assessment and verification process.

ITB Competence Assurance based in Aberdeen has delivered training and competency services to over 40 companies across 25 countries globally over the past four years.
