Pauline Murray – HR / Finance Manager

Pauline has been with ITB from day one and knows the business inside out. She is responsible for the HR, finance and administration functions of the company. A strong communicator with a keen sense of fun. Continually focused on leading HR in line with Operational requirements.

She has an excellent understanding of the latest accounting and financial concepts and possesses the ability to deal with ambiguity and ever-changing business needs.

 Pauline is a qualified Verifier and Assessor and has a wide knowledge of all competency related issues, she has credentials in leadership and management gained through ILM, as well as a certificate in Human Resources Practice.
